1:1 support is the deepest way to work with me. It is for the moments where food, body image, energy, digestion, stress, anxiety or health patterns feel tangled, and you want space to understand them properly 

Together, we look at what is really going on underneath your relationship with food, your body and your health. Your eating patterns, stress, appetite, digestion, energy, body image, beliefs, routines, nervous system and history all matter here. This work is personal, practical and reflective. We build from understanding first, then decide what works for you.

My approach isn't about radical life overhauls or chasing perfection, it’s about building capacity, regulation, and true resilience from the inside out. 

My ethos is built on digging up the root causes of what you are struggling with. True, lasting change doesn't happen by forcing yourself into a strict routines and rigid thinking that ignores your real life. It happens when we build solid, practical scaffolding that respects your unique lifestyle, regulates your internal system, and treats your body and your mind together.

 

I’m here to give you the objective guidance, real-talk strategy, and clinical oversight to make health feel sustainable, grounded, and entirely yours. 

No calorie counting, no BS wellness trends, and absolutely no rigid rules.

Why choose me

I don't look at food in isolation

Your eating habits are not separate from your stress, self-concept, nervous system, routines, history, energy, appetite or the life you are trying to live. I'll always be looking ways to understanding the whole picture.

My approach is psychology-led

I care about what you eat, but I also care about why certain patterns keep repeating. Food guilt, anxiety, restriction, emotional eating, perfectionism and body distrust all make more sense when we look beneath the surface.

I won't reduce you to your symptoms

Low energy, cravings, digestive issues, anxiety around food, inconsistency or feeling disconnected from your body are not things to judge in isolation. They are signals worth understanding properly. Instead of asking “how do we make this go away as quickly as possible?”, I want to understand what your body may be responding to, what has been missed, and what kind of support would actually make sense for you.

I don't use weight as a health metric

So much health advice quietly treats weight loss as the end point, even when it is dressed up as confidence, discipline or “getting back to yourself”. I care much more about what your health is giving back to your life. More energy, more steadiness, less food noise, better digestion, a calmer relationship with your body, and the ability to live without everything revolving around control.

I'll give you your own internal framework

I do not want you dependent on me, a meal plan, an app or another set of rules to tell you whether you are “doing it right”. The goal is to help you understand your own body, your own patterns and your own foundations well enough that you can make decisions with more clarity, flexibility and self-trust.
