Service Description
SIMPLE Sustain is the deeper, high-touch coaching package for people who are ready to properly understand their patterns and build long-term change. This is for you if food, health, body image, stress or symptoms have taken up too much space for too long, and you want support that looks at the whole picture. We will go deeper into your nutrition, lifestyle, eating behaviour, emotional patterns, nervous system, digestion, energy, beliefs, routines and the real-life context that affects your health. The aim is not to give you a stricter plan. It is to help you understand what your body may have adapted to, what is no longer supporting you, and what needs to be rebuilt so you can feel more steady, connected and able to live without food and health consuming so much of your mind. This package gives us more time to work through the layers: the practical, the physiological and the psychological. It is where we build your own internal framework, so you can make decisions with more clarity, flexibility and self-trust. Best for: deeper support, longer-term change, complex patterns and whole-person coaching.
